Once logged in select the My Account option from the top menu

On the My Account page that displays click on the button that says Change my user role.

You will be redirected to the Get In Touch form

Select 'I want to change my user role'

Detail what role you are requesting and complete the rest of the form

Once completed click Submit for Workflow

This will generate a request to the administrator to action your request.
