When you first log into the RI Portal you will be taken to your user home page which will look like this: 

From here you can search the database for any piece of infrastructure equipment

You can click on any of the tiles to view either the Facilities and Capabilities Directory page, be redirected to iLab, or redirected to the Queensland Government Science Department of Environment, Science and Innovation Team Queensland page.

In the menu at the top of the screen you can navigate to MyAccount, where you start the process to request a change to user role, Knowledge Library, which is where you currently are and Get In Touch which will provide you with a form that goes to the administrators of the system should you have any questions.
